With over two decades of experience spanning recruiting, staffing, business development, and customer relations, M. Scott Tener brings a deep well of expertise and leadership to CornerstonePro. Scott has built a career rooted in integrity, results-driven strategy, and a true passion for connecting people with opportunity.
A natural communicator and goal-oriented leader, Scott has served in key roles with industry leaders such as TEKsystems, Robert Half, ProLink Staffing, and Moorecroft Systems.
Scott is at his best when bridging the gap between people and purpose. His passion for helping organizations grow—by investing in their people—is matched only by his desire to keep learning, serving, and improving the lives of those around him.
About Robert J. Thompson, Managing Director
With over 20 years of executive-level experience across staffing in hospitality, airport, light industrial, and real estate industries, Robert has led large-scale operations, staffed hundreds of clients nationwide, and helped some of the country’s top management companies solve their biggest labor challenges. CornerstonePro is proud to be a veteran-owned business known for fast turnaround, reliable service, and meaningful relationships.
Before launching Cornerstone, Robert served as Chief Operating Officer of a national airport labor company and led business development efforts with Fortune 500 firms. He also spent eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps and hold an MBA in Finance from Auburn University—an experience that shaped my leadership style and commitment to excellence.
